  • Expand knowledge of classical architectural composition for urban buildings with unique complexities as precedents to inform future design endeavors.
  • Methodically analyze and document classical buildings through drawing and field observation.
  • Discern compositional challenges for complex buildings and recognize classical principles, techniques, and tools deployed by architects in developing successful design solutions.
  • Identify where, how, and why classical conventions are modified for buildings of varying functions, scales, structural systems, materials, and economies of expression.

Scholarships

The Ҵýapp is able to offer scholarships to offset the cost of registration, as well as up to $500 for travel and materials costs, to ensure accessibility to the program for students of all financial backgrounds.
