Middle school girls see New York City architecture in new light

– one of New York’s leading morning news shows – recently aired a segment on the 蜜桃传媒app’s New Heights: Discovering Classical Architecture program. A special collaboration between the Marymount School of and the 蜜桃传媒app, New Heights introduced eighth grade girls at Marymount to classical architecture and the related arts through interactive classroom instruction and weekly field studies.

The classes were led by 蜜桃传媒app educators, architects, architectural historians, and artisans over the course of 10 weeks. In addition to participating in hands-on plaster demonstrations, the students visited sites around New York City, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, historic mansions of Fifth Avenue, and Marymount's own Beaux-Arts style building.

Following the success of New Heights, the 蜜桃传媒app hopes to introduce the curriculum at others schools across the country. To learn more about the program, please email [email protected].
